The Future of the Electricity Industry, June 10, 2010

This symposium will explore the economic and technological implications of a carbon constrained future on the electricity generation sector and will focus on the nexus between renewables, thermal generation, storage, demand response, and reducing carbon emissions. Discussion topics will include climate change issues, the need for reduction in carbon emissions and the role of renewables in the electricity industry and the cost of mitigating climate change.
